Need extra details prior to the event

The concert was fabulous, however it would've been nice to be notified of the extra fees for paid parking at the event. If we had of known prior to the event that they were charging for parking, we would have made other arrangements. Especially because the traffic control of the car park was not prepared for, or directed, particularly well!

Why not state the start time in the AD????

When you advertise Nitro Circus the event has 6pm on the details. Why then does the show start at 7.30pm? Why do you only confirm the programming in an email on the day? I did not check my emails before leaving and we were a few hours too early for the event. Many people were put out and arrived way too early. Considering family and other commitments, this is just not good enough.

We had an amazing time until….

We had an amazing time up until I had to leave due to the overwhelming passive smoke from all the weed people were smoking in the mosh pit and gold section that we were in - passive high made me fell quite sick tbh

Needed improvement with stadium staff…

Needed improvement with stadium staff enforcing people going into the no go zones. The trucks were stop and starting abit, due to requiring to stop due to spectators walking into the no go zones. Went to the day time session & was a lot of issues at gates 23 & 24. At some stage Police went to gate 24 which helped. We ended up leaving half way through the show due to my 6 year old getting a bit bored of the ‘no action’ happening. But the show was good, with the MC’s & drivers keeping everyone entertained.

Tom Cashman - a good evening.

I went with a friend to see Tom Cashman and can say we laughed a lot.His graphs were very interesting. It was great that I could save my tickets in my phone’s wallet but I was impressed that I received a reminder from Ticketmaster and a link to our tickets.

CBUS stadium

CBUS stadium - Aisle 21: Very hot, little shade, not able to access toilets at times, no warnings of this and caused difficulties with younger children. Left show early due to sun. Concerned about younger children having heat stroke
