I bought tickets to Katie Noonan & I couldn’t go because my partner was having major surgery on that date so I approached Ticketmaster to get a refund. They asked for more info about how I’d paid etc which I sent & I’ve heard nothing since so I’ve lost my money. I won’t use Ticketmaster again
Ticketmaster has been a trusted company I have used since the early nineties.My local gigs in Brisbane make for an interesting line up history for sure.From Mariah Carey to The Wiggles, Ticketmaster has every event and concert any fan could need.Book with Ticketmaster now!!!
We bought the tickets to see the ‘ Special Guests Eurogliders ‘. Instead as the support act , a duo appeared . Ticketmaster at no stage advised that the Eurogliders would not be playing. This is unacceptable to a consumer. I bought tickets in good faith to see a band you did not present. You made no effort to advise of any changes . This is false advertising . I will also be writing to the ACCC about this experience.
It was a well organised event but the only disappointment was when entering because I had saved the tickets to my apple wallet they couldn’t be scanned. The scanning device couldn’t read it so we had to go back and find original tickets for a bar code which was quite annoying when you are in a line with people behind wanting to get in.
