Too expensive for quality

Easy to purchase tickets. The price was too high for the artists. The final act was the worst performer I've ever seen. Tinie Tempah was by far the best and should have been on later and given more time. The female toilets are a joke with ridiculous queues. More are required for such a large event. It took ages to get in.

Awesome line up for Fridayz Live

Awesome line up, all ran on time, drink lines moved fast…. The huge problem was the toilets. Many of the toilets leaked so you were standing in water and wee while going to the toilet.

Buying tickets was easy but…

Buying tickets was easy but we had issues on the day and were struggling to make it. I paid for refundable tickets but the process for this took 2 days! And seemed unsure. I didn’t want to risk losing it so we went but then got stuck in traffic for 2hrs and missed the first half of the show! We would’ve preferred cancelling with the issues we had going on but Ticketmaster did not make this easy. The last half of the show was great but we then had traffic all the way home so spent 4hrs in the car for 1hr of monster trucks. I think if you’re paying extra for refundable tickets then this should be much quicker and easier.

Buyer Beware- Sneaky upselling

Ticketmaster forces its customers to buy extra seats when purchasing tickets. I found two great seats in the front row, but Ticketmaster forced me to buy an empty third seat beside the two I wanted. When I complained I was told that it was their policy to do this. I went to a dozen gigs last year and not once was I forced to buy a third seat.

Loved Fridayz was an epic event

Loved Fridayz was an epic event. Was exciting and had plenty of atmosphere. Vibes where popping. Was safe and was worth heading out. Great food choices on offer, Security was present and able to be sourced if need be,

The lineup for the bar was 2 hours long…

The lineup for the bar was 2 hours long we missed out on so many acts. Very disappointed. Also I had gold standing tickets and we could barely see anything because of that thing blocking the stage. Have been to every Fridayz Live festival and this one is by far the worst. Very dissapointed

Bar service? What bar service.

We paid for Platinum tickets and were not only denied entry into multiple gates of “entry” but there was ONE bar that took over an hour to get drinks at. The security was even apologetic about the lack of bar service. Would not go again based on that experience.
