The place is good but the way i was…

The place is good but the way i was seated was not comfortable, the venue or promoters were more of profit than comfort. We got a good seat with table but the position of my chair is not aligned with the view angle of the stage, my poor knee was not rested well, people are bumping on my chair everytime they need to passby..the organizers put more chairs to the point , the space for walking is just impossible

We have always loved Elmo circuse

We have always loved Elmo circuseThis time we were happy with ticketmaster. We brought non refundable tickets so of course the family gets sick beforehand.Ticketmaster were great at swapping our tickets for another day since we didn't want to miss out. Communication was excellent, understandable and quick. Really happy how everything was run smoothly.

Urzila Carlson such a talented and funny lady. Love her to bits.

Urzila Carlson on stage was just brilliant.Would come and see her again. The PHC in Mt Claremont is a good venue but the parking is very congested and trying to leave the venue took about 45 mins. There were no designated parking wardens to direct traffic in and out properly. PHC need to accommodate more parking areas for larger productions when they come to Perth. The venue itself was good and obtaining food and beverages was easy and the queue ran pretty smoothly. Also, if the concert or show is going to be quite long, maybe a suggestion that people bring a chair pad to sit on. The seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise we had a good time. Thank you PHC and Urzila Carlson for putting on a great show.

Terrible service

Absolute Re rubbish we requested the dates for our tickets to be changed 4 weeks ago. We had a response when we emailed the help desk did what was requested but nothing no changes what so ever so ended up watching a show that our 11 year old daughter wasn't even in. Yes it was our mistake for selecting wrong date but thought it could be easily rectified but no luck.

Ticket app won't load most of the time have to log in via web. No option to print tics which would have sped the whole process up at the gates.

The sound system was awful

The sound system was awful. We sat in the 2nd row, had a great view but couldn't hear the lead singer clearly - his lyrics were muffled (too much reverb, perhaps) and the backing vocals were also unclear. The violinist was obviously playing his instrument but we couldn't hear it above the cacophony of noise from the rest of the band. Why have two keyboard players? Any ELO tribute band should have more strings and less electronic instruments to make the setting a greater acoustic experience....I have seen the original band play in the UK...their Travelling Wilburys numbers were much better...

Eli was amazing with helping us change our GA standing seats at oasis concert in Sydney to seating since I will be heavily pregnant at the event and will be unable to stand. Went above and beyond to help us!!

Cumbersome, frustrating and stupid.

Cumbersome double handling and frustrating process. Ridiculous system trying to physically pick your seats instead of the old Best Available system. Then cant speak to anyone at Ticketmaster for some help or guidance. Seriously I'd rather go back to queuing up at a window somewhere. This is apparent progress but it's a step backwards and there's nothing anyone can do about it.
