The venue for this concert was disappointing. You can't really see the band unless you stand on the first slope in front of the stage, and even then, you need to be tall to get a clear view. The stage is located at the bottom of a dip, which makes it impossible to see from the back slope because the view is blocked by people standing on the first slope.This amphitheatre seems designed for family shows, where people are expected to remain seated on the grass with picnic mats. It is not suitable for rock or pop music concerts. In contrast, the stages and venues at Sandstone Point Hotel and Sirromet Winery are well designed for such events — where even if people stand at the front, those at the back can still see the band performing on stage.
Hattie is ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!! Amazing at every turn. She is very ably supported by Eli and Andrew and the rest of her team. We have a family member with profound disabilities and Eli took copious notes to pass on, so that accessible seating suitable for their disabilities could be organised. Eli made our family member feel valued and seen. What an incredible asset to the Ticketmaster accessible bookings team.Andrew was so lovely and sincere and Hattie… she was just downright amazing. Empathetic, professional, exceptional interpersonal skills and just delightful. Hattie listened and it became clear that she realised the extent of disability and adjusted her service accordingly. An absolutely incredible professional. Our sincerest thanks!
Urzila was soooo funny. Great show. She was easy to see and hear. Plenty of staff to direct and were very helpful. Quick service at the bar. Seating was comfy and venue easy to navigate. Unfortunately the parking and exiting options weren't the best. Took half an hour to get our cars out.
