I really don't like mobile tickets, I rang your help line and a VERY helpful Roda. E. walked me through how to use them and since my group of 12 were coming at different times Roda. E also informed me where i needed to go at the venue to get hard copies of my tickets and also what proof of ID I needed. This made everything go smoothly and we thoroughly enjoyed the event. My only criticism is I didn.t see the fine print that the group tickets of 11+ were at adult prices, we had 4 children that I hadn't realised I paid for as adults, perhaps there needs to be greater bold print, i thought it odd at the time that i couldn't get child or concession tickets but I thought it was just me. otherwise we had a great day.
I'd seen The Play That Goes Wrong before - both in London and on it's last Australian tour. So when I was looking for a show that I thought my family would enjoy I had no hesitation in booking tickets for this tour. As far as I can tell the show just gets funnier. We all enjoyed an evening fully of laughter and good humour with not even a sniff of politics or controversy. A rare treat in these troubled times. Three generations were represented, with a wide variety of tastes - from theatre aficionados to one neophyte who had never been to a show before - and we all laughed ourselves silly. Any show that can unite people in this way is worth bottling. A great night out and highly recommended to everyone.
We were front row, so had a great night. No complaints for us. Not the best venue though, riverstage would’ve been better for anyone else not in the seated section, simply due to the layout of the grounds. Most people would not have had the best view at all.
