It was an easy experience, purchasing the tickets and having them in the app.I did find the app on my phone playing up so I transferred the tickets to my wallet via my desktop computer. In these instances it would've been good to be able to print the ticket out.
First of all, we were suppose to have prior reserve tickets. Well we went on line and your web site crashed. We could not even get any disabled seat even though both my friend and I are both disabled. Lord and behold after travelling all the way from Perth to Sydney for the Davis cup we were advised that we could purchase disabled seating. What a shame on ticketek this was on the Saturday of the 11/09 prior to the game. I have a concession card. We were treated very poorly. I suffer with epilepsy and my friend has got stage 4 cancer. I think that is enough to be able to be seated in an area where if I have a seizure they can get to me quickly and not disrupt play.
We paid extra for the Gold experience. We were told to be at the theatre by 16:30 and no later, otherwise we may not be allowed in. We got there around 16:15 to be safe. We then ended up waiting until 17:30 to actually go in. It was an absolute waste of time. I left work early to get there on time only to be left waiting.
