The event itself was tops. Stadium catering very ordinary. Running out of food and water before the event even started very poor.

Providing bus shuttle, though the tickets and bar codes suppled by Ticketmaster are not accepted by the bus company MOTM Bus Transport Don’t know why we were issued separate tickets and advised to save them if we don’t use them

Fantastic concert

Fantastic concert. Easy tix purchase. Not too bad getting in and out of the venue. Too much reserved seating. Needed speakers behind the GA area and bigger screens. Good food and drink outlets. Great to see so many staff wandering and emptying bins etc.

Ticketmaster App - zero stars

The process and the event were great. 5 stars. The App on the other hand and getting tickets from it to share with family members is appalling. Airlines and other ticket agencies have it sorted. Ticketmaster have a long way to go to. Zero stars - seriously bad.
