What a pleasant experience!

Vanessa was the best, so patient and went above and beyond with our AFL ticketing situation. I could not have asked for a more friendly and pleasant experience which made me feel at ease and our problem was fixed very promptly. Very happy and highly recommend. Well done Vanessa and Ticketmaster.

App is simple to use and access tickets

Everything was very simple and the tickets were available in the app. Great communication in the lead up as well. The concert was awesome too!

Book early and keep in touch if you want a chance of getting preferred areas

It was great to see the band of my youth although age has reached all of us. Ticketmaster were great although I did have issues with the website. Also it would have been great to have access to the seated section upstairs. I am getting too old for the mosh pit and my son who came with me has a Disability that affects his feet and legs. I thought I got in early enough as regards booking (mid last year) but all had gone even though on the night I did notice empty seats.

A great experience of live music and talent.

Brilliant live music and exceptional talent. The feeling that comes from this experience is well worth it.The seats at Crown are especially comfortable, which really helps!

Add tickets to wallet!

Recommendation to add tickets to wallet at home was important as there was no mobile reception at the venue with so many attendees. Scan was quick at the gate.
