Totally disappointed i ordered from this company over 4 weeks ago and have chased it up twice both times to be told it's been returned to the sender it's always an automatic replying email I just want my order have ordered before with no.problems but if this order doesn't arrive I will certainly not be ordering again
Hi!I ordered some toys from this company on the 23rd August and on the 11 the September I received message that the order has been shipped.3 days later on the 14th September on the tracking page was showing that is an exception and the parcel goes back to sender.I got in touch with customer service asking for the money back but instead they said to wait another 7-15 days cos they have so many orders.Completely disappointed.Now I just want my money back.
Awful service. Did not receive my item.I ordered an item for my son who is not well and 15 days later the item was not even despatched and they will not cancel my order or give me a refund. I have contacted customer services several times only to be told it’s in final stages of despatch, but as yet not despatched. This item was not cheap and all I want to do is order an item that will arrive in a timely manner. I am extremely annoyed and upset by this whole experience.
So cross I ordered 5 products spent over £70 and still no sign of delivery nearly a month later. Customer service says it’s with Yodel but no yodel updates and no refund as they say they have dispatched my order and take it up with yodel!! GrrrThank you for your response, but we have already exchanged 4 emails with you stating I can’t have a refund as you have dispatched the goods and I can only get a refund once I receive the goods! You have my money and you say yodel have my good since 28 August! Really?
