Gave tracking number and yet weeks later still cant track as courier hasnt got it. If you havent fulfilled all previous orders DONT take money from new customers until you've cleared the backlog

Very disappointed with the product,

Very disappointed with the product,Delivery time was so bad, I missed the birthday it was wanted for, by a week.It was made in China not UK and is cheap copy of a product made in the UK . No invoice no return information no refund procedure mentioned.Avoid this company, it is a cheap imitation of a UK company.

TOTAL RUBBISH DONT BOTHER

Rubbish ordered peekaboo elephant arrived no box wrapped in plastic paper and bag sellotaped, crumpled when tried did not work no peekaboo action straight to bin extra fast, Total rubbish and no return available as no returns lable

Steer clear of Tiny Dreams UK (?)

I ordered a gift from Tiny Dreams UK on the 8/8 for a Birthday on the 19/08. It didn’t arrive on time, so I emailed the company and received a response. Then my parcel arrived on the 22/8! OMG the state of the packaging! The outer packaging was too small for the actual item that was packaged. The box is 6cm deep, the packaging is 4.5 cm deep! The box was flattened to fit inside the outer packaging (battered). I was so disappointed with what arrived, it looks so cheap and awful because the box was so badly damaged. Although, the company is identified as Tiny Dreams UK, the item I ordered was made in China and came from who, knows where? I would give a zero rating but that option is not available.

Terrible - scam

Would have given minus stars if I could have. Wish I’d checked this first. They are in China goods are rubbish and impossible to get a refund as you have to pay return postage. !!!! Cross with myself for falling for this scam.

Badly packaged

Badly packaged . Not English but Chinese! Didn’t come in a proper box just outer broken already opened and sellotaped back up box. Paid well over the odds for it. You have to pay to send back!!!!
