AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is NOT a UK company. It comes from China and the size and quality its worse than temu. Poor packaging means you get damaged goods. And zero chamce of refunds unless you pay for return tracked postage back to China. DO NOT BUY!!!!
UPDATE - 24 HOURS AFTER EMAILING they have offered me a 10% refund which I have said is totally unacceptable as I am out of pocket as I had to purchase an alternative present. Absolute joke !!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!Had I read the reviews I would never have ordered from them. Delivery took 15 days not the 12 specified on the website. I emailed them three times before I got a response Package arrived today (too late to be given as a gift) and is destroyed. What was a flimsy box was just put in a plastic envelope with no protection hence it being unusable upon receipt. Shame on you !!Waiting for a response
After promising to help and telling me to contact them directly I would just like to add that there is no contact number only email which they refuse to answer. So no further forward then. This sham of a company do not value customer satisfaction and consider themselves above the law. Do not give them your custom. Remember they are not who they say they are they are based in China not the UK and not Austria either.
