I wouldn’t give any stars if there was an option. Ordered a toy red elephant that is supposed to have a hovering ball above it and it to move around. The package arrived too late, the box and contents were damaged, the toys is exceptionally poor quality. The instructions are not in English. It has no CE kite marks. The website says it’s a Montessori toy, which is why I foolishly purchased it. Beyond disappointing, if I hadn’t paid so much for it I would have laughed. WHATEVER YOU DO, SHOP ELSEWHERE. I wished I had accessed Trustpilot prior to my purchase.
I have only given one star as it enables me to vent my utter dissatisfaction with this so called company! Please please consumers ! Do not be taken in by the online advertising, it is another Chinese organisation peddling and conning us into purchasing inferior products. The so called customer support is a complete waste of time and effort. My faulty purchase arrived on the 26th July, 12 days have been wasted trying to communicate and ask for a replacement ! Replies are just generic automated responses but absolutely no action.SO CALLED COMPANIES LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE !DO NOT BUY FROM TINY-DREAMS UK
Like others I was fooled into thinking these UK products not from China. It took a long time from payment to receiving the goods. It then only had instructions in Chinese and it was impossible to follow the pictures on their own. It is therefore unusable and I wish I had not wasted my money. I have submitted a similar review on their site but suspect it will disappear as they seem to only put up good reviews.
I recently purchased magnetic building blocks for my 2year old Granddaughter my Daughter who is a primary School Teacher was horrified when we finally received them. I bought these from what I thought was a UK company and was horrified to find they came from China. I could have sent them back tracked to an address in China but I would have just been waiting more hard earned cash. I would not recommend this company items are poorly made and do not have a UK safety rating. DON'T WASTE YOUR CASH.
At 7.30am on Sunday 20th July (believing that was plenty of time) I ordered Magnetic Building Blocks for my Granddaughters 2nd Birthday which was on 30th July. They finally arrived yesterday 6th August!! (a carrier pigeon would have been quicker) in just a plastic bag, not even a proper boxed item and nothing like the picture I ordered from and when you put the magnets together they just fall apart - very flimsy & plastic - not worth £14.95! I am now in the process of returning them. The whole experience from beginning to end with Tiny Dreams UK has been very poor and frustrating, and because I saw UK on the end of the company name thought this item was coming from within the home territory and would not have ordered if I had known it was coming from China.
Avoid ordering anything from this company! Poses as a UK based company and they are based in China. I ordered a baby carrier through the website and waited weeks. Once it arrived it came with no instructions, and was so small a toddler would only fit it to carry a baby! Not to mention the fact it was extremely unsafe for babies hips. I asked to return for full refund and they said it would have to be paid for by myself and returned to China.
