Review Time
Purchased toys for grandchildren, took weeks to arrive. When received they were in a plastic , bag so all the boxes the toys were in were crushed and the toys were very poor quality. Also another company saying UK but are in fact in China. You cannot return as the postage works out more than the item purchased. Will not buy from this company again
Ordered article on 3 August, delay advised due to demand. When order arrived the box was broken, had been repaired with sellotape (badly) looked like a return that had been recycled. Opening the damaged box revealed a badly packed item, loose article falling out and one side of the item was broken, with a gear wheel laying loose. A dangerous potentially swallow iyem. had no contaci regarding refund or replacement. Do NOt trade with this Company.K Young Cotswolds
Totally misrepresented. Assumed it was a UK business due to website. Took 3 weeks to arrive and it was shipped, so obviously not UK based. When the product finally arrived it didn't work. Also the eye of the Peekaboo bear was loose. Definitely not safe for a young baby !!! Tried to get a refund but process very difficult - never got it!!
