Review Time
I ordered a toy for my grandson on 18th August. It’s now 18th September, nearly five weeks later and still no sign of it , even tho they told me on 30th August it had been dispatched and could take up to 15 days…. Still not here . I think it’s a scam and would warn people not to order from here even tho their social media looks great !!! I will be asking my bank to get get my money back from them .
Oh dear. When you come to Trustpilot AFTER pressing the order button! Tut! Awful company. Shoddy goods. False advertisement. Deceitful. Long-winded delivery. Save your money and pay a little extra elsewhere. Not worth the hassle. I ordered a hand held game for minimum of TWO people… it fires the ball out, you catch it in this device and then return to the person you’re playing with. They’ve sent ONE. They’ve stated that the advertisement does say “one”. Forgive me for thinking one pair… as pictured… since you can’t play the game with one! Lol! It’s in the bin. Jokers. Edit: Their fair solution is a 20% partial refund for an item that is no use to me. I’ll accept the loss on this one I guess.
Don’t order from this company!! I only saw the reviews after I’d ordered. Waited nearly three weeks for a bubble machine to arrive and have missed the little girls birthday. Parcel arrived and it’s battered and half open and the contents have no instructions with it. Going to throw away - what a waste of money. Company should be stopped.Update Tiny Dreams asked me to provide details of my order within three days so that they can investigate and if I don’t reply they will assume that I am not a genuine customer but the link they’ve given does not work and won’t send. I’ve tried multiple times. Is that a coincidence?Update 17/8 I’ve again been asked to give more details or my review will be cancelled in two days and they will assume my review is not genuine. Again - the link won’t send so will update on here so tiny dreams TAKE THIS AS MY ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK.I am a genuine customer. I had no idea that a website called tiny dreams U.K. (UK being the major clue) was based in Vienna. Obviously you would expect it to be based in the U.K. The returns have to be sent to Vienna which will be costly. Waited longer than expected for delivery and was surprised when waiting to look on Trust Pilot and see all the bad reviews and thought I’d been had. When it arrived -too late for my nieces birthday - the grey package was squashed like a sponge and on opening the box was ripped and torn and the end open. The contents were in a plastic bag but all the details were in Chinese on the box and no instructions inside as to how to set up. I couldn’t possibly send this to a child in that state so it will go in the bin. THIS IS THE ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK you asked for
Saw an advert for a table tennis set the type you use on your dining table. The advert shows a net with bats and ball. After waiting about 2 weeks I received a net only and was told that the set only includes a net.Totally ridiculous, product has been misold in my view. A set normally includes several items.
I ordered a toy for my grandson birthday and when I received it the box was all riped and the toy was broken I got intouch with them and explained what was wrong with it and they offered me 10% of and told me to keep the toy i them wrote back and said I want a full refund as it can't be played with because the main part is broken I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company
Bought an item, took almost 2 weeks to get here. The item is coming from China and not UK. It has arrived today and was a toy gift for a child’s birthday.it was a Building block for a 2 year old. It is insanely tiny and in a plastic bag! It fits into one hand that how small and pathetic this is. I paid £15 for something that can be purchased for £5 and the pictures are misleading. I am extremely disappointed and chasing for refund now. Wish I could upload a picture of the ridiculousness I just received. Update on this-refusing to refund and only offered 10% and now 20% plus asking me to post back to China. Please avoid this company
