1 month from ordering to delivery and the product is not as advertised, it’s been photographed when advertised as a large item and it isn’t.. it’s not suitable for a child under 3 as depicted online.This toy is a cheap piece of rubbish, made in china and is going in the bin.Don’t order with them.
I placed an order with ‘Tiny Dreams UK’ for a paint set that I’d seen advertised on Facebook. There were 2 sizes and I ordered and paid for the large set. Over 2 weeks later the smaller paint set arrived, it had came from China to my surprise and box was bashed & squashed, with no protective packaging. I emailed the company straight away to say that they’d sent wrong item and about the state it had arrived, as this was to be a gift. In reply they didn’t even acknowledge that they’d sent the wrong item and said I could either send it back to them but I would need to pay to return as they don’t cover returns or they could give me a 20% refund. With the 20% discount not even bringing the price down to what I would’ve paid for the smaller set! I contacted their customer service for a second time to highlight that the mistake was with them for sending the incorrect item and therefore I would not be paying to return the item, to which their response was just the same, either pay to return to China or 20% refund. I don’t intend to waste anymore time or energy with this SCAM company. I have contacted my bank and hope to have the matter resolved soon.
Misleading advertising apparently a set is not a set of 2 do not buy from here, ordered a game which is sold as a set of catchers but only sent one, emailed then to this responseThanks for your message. I can confirm that the set is sold with only 1 handheld catcher per order. We understand the photos may give the impression of two for play demonstration purposes, but the listing includes just one.If you’d like a pair to play the game as shown, a second order would be required.
BEWARE - says company is in Austria but items and returns are actually from and to China. It took 3 weeks to receive an item I had ordered by which time the baby shower had passed and I brought a replacement gift. Wanted to return the item and was told to send it tracked to China which is almost £10 posted and more than double the cost of the item itself. Not to mention I had to pay postage in the first instance. I got a 20% refund but that's nothing considering it's basically a useless item to me now. Not even sure if this is legal - avoid like the plague!
If there was a 0 it would have been that. Absolutely a disgusting company. Item took a month to come from god knows where and when it did come it was just wrapped in celephane. No communication only to tell me it was on its way and it would takw 15 from the shipping date. I would advise anyone thinking of buying from this company NOT TO. I would never entertain them again. Juat an awful company to deal with.
I ordered a book for my son to help with his speech. This book arrived looking completely different to the one advertised (a cheaper version) so they clearly order from China for pennies and profit from innocent people. The book was supposed to have buttons that speak when pushed, of course they didnt work. The people behind the company are committing fraud and selling non working items. Not only that, i have emailed multiple times and have had one responce saying "we can only offer %10 of the book price" this company is supposed to be a group of mums. If you have to screw people over for a living then shame on you. I hope you find god.
I purchase the glow drawing board for my 3 year old nephew’s birthday. The box packaging was damaged when I looks inside the light bar was also damaged bent so badly the board itself would not fit into the light bar I emailed customer service who offered me a 20%discount not good enough. I highly recommend you stay clear of this company. They did not offer a replacement and have not replied to my emails. Even my rating is too high-0 would be my rating.
