The peeka-boo elephant is of very poor quality and was broken when it arrived.In the ads there is no sound this is for a reason is high volume bad sound and annoying !In fairness to the company that have said they would replace as it’s broken … but it’s such poor quality and would scare and baby ..
I thought I was dealing with a UK company given the title! Do not buy anything from them. My order 14 November has been “dispatched” and still “in transit”. None delivery has spoiled our Christmas and left 2 very disappointed children with no presents from grandparents. I doubt I will get a refund as I will probably have to return them - if they ever arrive - to China! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Should be reported!
Please never use this company!!!!!!! I ordered a gift for my granddaughter on 1st December and the website stated that delivery times were 5-10 working days. On my confirmation email, that timescale had suddenly increased to 12 days without prior warning. When the item was still not received after 2 and an half weeks, I emailed the company, and the delivery time was increased again, to 15 working days!! The item was not received in time for Christmas and the customer service has been non-existent, they just kept repeating over and over that the item was with the courier, even when I asked for a refund and pointed out that my contract was with them not the courier. I understand that’ things can take a little longer at Xmas but I would not consider ordering on 1st December cutting it fine (plus I thought that I was ordering from a uk based company when it now appears that the item has come from China). They should have made it clear on the website if they were having shipping issues. The final nail was that they also sent me an email asking for a review of the item - how cheeky!!!!PLEASE BE VERY WARY ABOUT USING THIS WEBSITE!!!!
I guess they get a star for actually delivering the item. As with other comments, it took a long time to be delivered, arriving after Christmas. I won’t order from them again. The aqua-mat looks great in the picture, but in reality it’s just a bit of cheap plastic. When fully inflated, the child would just fall off it, and if not fully inflated, it would be dangerous. It’s not worth posting back to Austria. I should have done my homework & read reviews before ordering
Ordered dinosaur truck on 1st December for £25. Came on the 27th december. The reason it takes so long is it came from gusu district,suzhou,china.£2.95 delivery charge. So after a bit of digging the same product is on aliexpress for £14 with free delivery. Basically all you are doing is placing your order with tiny dreams.uk(austria),they order off aliexpress,then charge you double the price.if I was you just go on aliexpress and save your money.tiny dreams is a rip off
NOT UK BASED Ordered the "Kids Bubble Train" on the 15th December. Order arrived after Christmas (27th) and is a "Steam Train" which looks completely different to the product viewed online. Emailed Tiny Dreams to say they have sent the wrong item to be told "we would like to inform you that the bubble piece is not included with the Train Bubble Toy. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused". Very disappointing and as others have said, the product received is of very poor quality.
I ordered on the 21st of November despite taking the money and confirming shipping 30th November nothing arrives even though 2 says ago they confirmed it was with the courier. How can a company that professes to ve all about children not fulfill deliveries. Today my Grandson has no present disappointing doesn't explain the feeling of their failure . Then they have the cheek to ask me gir a review and give me 25% off I would never buy from them again. Now let's see if I can get a refund. Very glad for all those iif you got your gifts .
