Review Time
As all the other one star reviews-you order and pay, they have your money and the product doesn’t arrive. Ordered on 17th November, nothing has arrived. Tracking info useless, customer services just as useless. I am going to report them to my credit card company. If enough of us do that they will have that option of payment withdrawn. They won’t get many orders if credit card companies black list them.
UPDATE!!! I managed to get a response from an email address attached to their PayPal account. "Apparently" it can take up to 15 days once it's been shippedThis is the email I ended up using... (take out the spaces) ammerer.ecommerce @ gmail.comOrdered on the 11th and Still haven't recieved my order, tried emailing and no response, doesn't seem to be a contact number either... don't really know how I'm meant to get a refund....
I ordered a toy for my grandson on the 5th December still hasn’t arrived.Tried contacting by email but no reply. No contact phone number.Tracking information utterly useless.One star is too high, but there is no negative option.
