Buyer beware dont buy .Trustpilot now sending emails saying this is a fake review ?Have they read the reviews and also pretty sure the positive reviews are Fake not the other way around.Have you noticed the same Auto Response . Its now Carmel and my complaint is closed because I gave up. I was told to return to an address in Austria and despite sending Tracking Number the goods not picked up. TRADING STANDARDS needs to get involved with this company who if they have nothing to hide will open their doors . Its frankly pathetic in this day amd age that a Website which makes you believe that product look amazing is in fact cheap tat. I wont delete my review as have already sent the details to Trust Pilot and Paypal .I also want to involve the authorities who dont care as no one has time to do their jobs I hope that anyone reading this prior to buying decides not to .The product I bought was what looked to good to be true . It was to good to be true and I was in a rush to buy a Christmas Gift for my Great Niece .They made it look such an appealing toy on website. If I could give a zero out of five I would. Only fair as I don't have a product to review - it still hasn't arrived weeks after ordering (even with "premium delivery"). It was one of a few products ordered for a grandchild and one that they won't be opening for Christmas. No response at all from the customer services email address. Would recommend avoiding. Look elsewhere for your gifts!
DO NOT ORDER from this site Looks like a uk based site but it isn’t I ordered a Christmas present for my grandson on the 1st Dec and still not received and they do not respond to emails They sent a confirmation of order with track my parcel a couple of days after order but not updated since the 4th!!!!! Scam !!!
Ordered a dinosaur truck on 23rd November 2024, the tracking states it is still in transit, this was for our grandson birthday on 17th December 2024, if you are thinking about ordering from this company please consider the time scales the company do quote 7-15 working days delivery, think this company should change their name from tiny dreams to upset tiny dreams, as this has never arrived we have had to buy another gift, very disappointed ☹️
Said product arrived 21.12.24. 6am. It didn’t. You can’t get hold of them. False advertising. Says it is uk company. It’s Chinese rubbish. I should have read reviews first. Why are these Chinese companies allowed to advertise on Facebook book. Companies should be banned from face book. They are taking advantage
Ordered a toy on the 18th November it finally arrived today and it is nothing like the photo of the toy they are advertising on there website it is a copy of it made out of cheap plastic looks nothing like the one on there website.This company are falsely advertising and need to be reported asap which I am going to do now as it isn’t right that they are taking honest hardworking customers money to buy kids toys and sending out cheap Chinese tat
