Awful! Avoid!Dinosaur truck purchased which took over three weeks to arrive. As others have stated I thought company was based in the Uk but it is not. Parcel arrived and parts of the plastic on the truck were broken off inside the box. I requested a refund and am still waiting. Sometimes when you email the address provided it comes back as undelivered.
Avoid. They make out they are a uk company with fast shipping. I paid extra for the toy because they made it appear throughout the whole checkout process I'd have it in a few days. Turns out they didnt ship for a week, with several weeks shipping time. It appears to be an austrian dropshipper (austrian returns address, customer has to pay shipping, sometimes worth more than the items for sale) posting from China. I should have just gone direct to the Chinese supplier on amazon where its 50% cheaper with 7-10 days delivery. They only allow positive reviews on their website and refuse negative ones which clearly wouldn't be allowed with a UK based company. They have zero support available for products as they purely dropship.
Intended to purchase a lovely brightly coloured bubble train as mentioned in a couple of the reviews. I assumed I was ordering from a UK business but the package came from China. With the name like (Tiny dreams UK.) So, packaged arrived after Xmas after ordering it first week in Dec, but they sent out a train which was geared up for more older kids that would blow out steam rather than bubbles. Missold! My nephew would have loved the train that blowed out bubbles that's what won me over. But now I have an unwanted toy. Not what it says on the tin. Costumer services said they apologise for the confusion that it was a steam train locomotive toy and the contents and description matched my original order. Gas lighted for sure there.
I ordered from this company believing it was in the United Kingdom as its called Tiny Dreams UK it is not so this is purposely misleading to trick customers. Return address which took me a while to find actually states Austria! I still haven't received my granddaughters Christmas present, tracking option hasn't progressed at all. I read the reviews on the companies website and they were all more positive but not one mentioned its not based in the UK. They're obviously very keen to not let this information be known!
Ordered the "Kids Bubble Train" on the 9th December. Order arrived after Christmas (27th) and is a "Steam Locomotive" which looks completely different to the product viewed online. Emailed Tiny Dreams to say they have sent the wrong item to be told "we would like to inform you that the bubble piece is not included with the Train Bubble Toy. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused". Very disappointing and as others have said, the product received is of very poor quality.
Gave it 1 star, because I can’t give it 0. Not UK based, cheap, poor quality, normal things with Chinese products, Late delivery. If this appears on your search engine, keep scrolling. I would not use this supplier again and I would advise against it. Ordered on the 10th and received on the 28th December.
