Ordered a present for my Son for Christmas, on the 4th December! Still hasn’t arrived and just a generic email from customer services saying what the tracking information gives you anyway. Poor company and delivery - total let down and will avoid in the future.
Late delivery: amazingly I’ve had a reply saying “our estimated delivery time is 7-15 working days from the shipping date.” Of course the shipping date was 10 days after I placed the order. Not what they say on their web site. The implication is it’s 7-15 working days from order. So I ordered something on 1 December expecting delivery by Christmas but it’ll be early January before it arrives. Avoid this company.
Absolutely shocking company, do not use them whatever you do!I placed my order on 26th Nov, they took payment immediately and the order has still not arrived.Emails from them just spout the same thing, ‘your order is in transit’ but I would like to know where exactly it is coming from - the moon maybe?????Avoid at all costs, unless you are prepared to be disappointed!I would have given zero stars if I could!
