Do not buy from this company or believe the reviews on their website. The products are very poor quality and overpriced. They took 4 weeks to get to my UK address and arrived after Christmas. The boxes were in a thin plastic bag and all the packaging is damaged. Complete scam.
This is NOT a UK based Company extremely misleading. Ordered on 9th December did not arrive until 27th. Too late for Xmas, very poor quality, won't be allowing my grandchild to touch, look only supervised. Never again using this Company. Avoid altogether.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Totally shocking not a uk company they based in Austria , ordered my grandson a a gift from here for Xmas on 22nd November has arrived today . On the site the dino truck looks quite big but no it’s small 😡. This company needs taking down off web sites I just wished I had read reviews before ordering. Stay clear .
I ordered a bubble train as we had seen the ad on line and really liked it for a present. I wish I’d read reviews before I ordered! It is NOT a bubble train, it says it blows smoke if you add water. Plus they are NOT in UK. I sent them an email regarding the wrong item being sent and like so many other companies have heard nothing. Would give zero stars but the lowest you can give is 1. Don’t use this company. They are a disgrace. I’ve been waiting for my order since 6 December, still no joy. Have requested a refund several times but every answer I get is ‘your item is in transit’ . Avoid using them at all cost!
I ordered a bubble train as a stocking filler on 6th December for my 7 year old as he’d seen the ad on line and really liked it. I wish I’d read reviews before I ordered! The shipping info wasn’t updated so I wasn’t sure it would arrive at all as it had taken so long, it didn’t arrive until the 27th December. It is extremely poor quality and is not a bubble train, it says it blows smoke if you add water. I wish I hadn’t bothered!
This is not a UK COMPANY! Rubbish toy!I’m giving this 1* as there is no 0.The item didn’t arrive in time for Christmas even though it was ordered in plenty of time. The building pieces are flimsy and dangerous. Arrived from Suzhou. Total waste of my child’s Christmas money.
