Review Time
I purchased peekaboo elephants x 2 at end of November, tracking was on tiny dreams website and updated every few days, I did email them after reading all these bad reviews, and they replied after a few days to say don’t worry it’s on its way, and once it was dispatched it would take 12 days. It took 11 days, arrived this morning, so I guess I’m lucky based on all other reviews, but stuff coming from China will take 3-4 weeks from placing order. The elephants themselves are very good work fine and am very very happy. 100% recommend.
Disappointed - the marble run when pictured with girl gave the impression of being Duplo size when in fact they Lego sized. The description says age 3+ but the box says 6+. They need to get their descriptions right.Also gives the impression that they are a small business in the UK but looked deeper they contact and returns are in Austria but shipped from China - ordered 3rd December received on the 21st.
One of those companies that advertises customer support contact address then ignores you. I bought exactly what they were selling cheaper on Amazon. AVOID! When you seem them advertising something that looks good, go and search the internet and buy it elsewhere. Somewhere that cares about customer service.
Do not shop here!!!!ordered something on the 6th December still hasn't arrived for a Christmas present no response from customer service email. Chinese rubbish!!! Scamming old people with adverts on Facebook. You have been warned!!
Thoroughly pee’d off with this lot. Ordered a toy on 1st December, thinking this lot were a U.K. based company. So far, the tracking info has this toy on two different flights and it still isn’t in the U.K.! Perhaps it’s flying around on Santa’s sleigh and he’ll deliver direct to the child instead of leaving it with me to wrap and bring to my grandchild. I’m going to said grandchild’s home tomorrow and will be there until after Xmas, so I don’t think this toy will get to him. Will never use this s**t-shower again.
Ordered dinosaur car. After a month it finally arrived . It was tiny in comparison to advertised photo . Cheap and nasty with no moving features . They are not a UK based company . I have asked for my money back . They are very polite in answering queries when I’ve asked for a refund but are clearly avoiding any responsibility . They have asked me to incur more cost by returning to an address in Germany !!!! No chance . Don’t believe I’ll get my money back . They are clearly trading close to the wire by supplying you something, but it’s complete rubbish . Do not purchase from this company with their sophisticated website . Feel I’ve been scammed along with countless other people judging by Trustpilot .
Unfortunately the product arrived very late, with misleading delivery timeline information provided. The product itself was a cheap knock off of a hot wheels product. The other product I purchased was a bath shower spray toy which has ceased working already, after about 3 uses.
Wish I had read the reviews, but when buying Christmas gifts on the Internet because of where I live, there really isn't much chance on reading every review for each company. My delivery took 35 days to arrive...obviouslynot uk based, like i was meant to believe..this is false retail.......the products look cheap compared to the actual cost and the boxes we're very damaged so I am now stuck with items I can't gift. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !
