Review Time
Ordered something for my son (a Christmas present) on 29th November. It’s now 19th December and it has not arrived. We now have to buy him something else as we go away tomorrow. I certainly won’t be buying from this company again and will tell others to steer clear too. I emailed the company but had no response.
Musical elephant arrived today. Said to be safe for play but balls appear to me made of polystyrene which wouldn't be safe for a small child. Makes horrendous noise and is smaller than i expected. writing on box is not in English apart from Elephant Musician. No ce kite mark safety standards symbols recognisable on box. I do not recommend.
Do not order from this company if you want any certainty as to if/ when it will arrive. I ordered a toy for my son’s Christmas present 19 days ago and it has still not arrived. 6 days before Christmas I can’t risk it not arriving so have no option but to reorder from another website and pay next day delivery. I will be looking toreturn the toy to Tiny-Dreams of it ever arrive but having looked at this company’s return policy I fear that it is going to be a nightmare to return so I will likely end up paying twice for the same toy (plus I will have to pay to return to Austria as I now realise this company’s is in fact not based in the UK. Very very disappointed.
