Review Time
Wish I'd have read these reviews before I ordered from them Totally mis lead by the name of the company. They are not based in the UK. I have had one email and he told me he was in Austria. I believe this gift will be shipped from China. It definately won't be here for christmas by the looks of things. This won't bother these people, they've got our money. DO NOT buy anything from these people. Spend your money else where.
Awful product! The product did arrive but it is completely useless. Very poorly made and doesn’t work properly. It comes with instructions in Chinese and looks like something made in someone’s house. I contacted the company to say the product was awful and you have to return to Austria and they do not provide return labels. The product is cheap and useless. I will be requesting a refund through my credit card. Do not purchase as it’s a load of rubbish!
I ordered a few items for my grandkids for Christmas and was very disappointed when they finally arrived a couple of weeks later. All 8 items were stuffed into a flimsy packet and on opening a couple of the boxes were damaged in transit and can't be gifted. Plus, the quality looks cheap and nasty. No reply from them via email either, so it looks like I'll be approaching the bank for a full refund. A really bad experience. NO CARE WHATSOEVER!
Ordered this on the 5th dec, dispatched 9 Dec and still waiting. Website gives impression it is in Austria with no mention of China or being shipped from China - now really concerned as to quality and whether it is going to arrive in time if at all. Have emailed support but no response to date.
18 days since order was placed and no sign of it yet. Tracking information has said ‘order ready’ since December 3rd and no-one from Tiny Dreams appears to have the slightest idea where it is as they are obviously using the tracking information themselves!!
Dreadful company . Do not use. Disguising themselves as UK based company when in fact products are shipped from China . Do not meet advertised delivery times. Waited over 1 month by which time it was no longer required. Had to purchase alternative gift. The product is of extremely poor quality , not worth anything near the price paid . (Dinosaur cars). Total rip off!
My daughter asked me to get an item from here for granddaughters Christmas present, I thought it was UK company would not have purchased if I'd realised it was coming from ChinaCustomer service did respond to my email but still waiting 3 weeks after ordering.... am hopeful as looks like item is now in UK but won't order again from them
I started to worry a couple of days ago after reading these comments that I had been scammed! However my parcel arrived yesterday after two wks from order, packaging all seems fine, not checked the product and I want to keep it sealed for a Xmas gift, I thought the company was uk based so on this basis I won’t be ordering again from them
