Review Time
Ordered 22 November and still waiting. Package is now in Thailand according to tracking. I think it is being delivered by foot. This is NOT a UK company. DO NOT use or order anything if you need it by set date. I am no longer counting on this as a Christmas gift. I do a lot on online ordering from all over the world and have never had such slow delivery. Hence my view it is coming by foot.
Almost a month from ordering the dino trucks landed for my grandsons. I am appalled at not only the flimsy quality but also the truck camera shots which show them to be as big as the Hotwheels counterpart. Bitterly disappointed but know I will not get a refund in time for Christmas so I will have to gift them. To add insult to injury the cars included are flimsy so that the flimsy dino truck can pick them up. I will be surprised if they last Christmas Day. I should have saved for the hot wheels ones. Total swindle. Do not buy from this company and FB should hang its head in shame!
Terrible. I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered. They definitely shouldn’t call themselves ‘Tiny Dreams UK’ because they are not based in the UK. It took five weeks for my order to come and when it did everything was terrible quality and much smaller than the pictures.
If I could give zero stars I would. I bought the Dinosaur transporter with 8 cars after viewing it on their website. It looked great. I paid £27.90 and was shocked when I received the item after waiting 4 weeks for it to come. It is absolute rubbish and worth about £5 max. I have made a complaint to PayPal in the hope of getting my money back but don't hold out much hope. Please please don't buy from these people. It is a scam.
I ordered a single item 15 december at a cost of 15 quid 17 including postage it took them 5 working days to process the order package amd send it out its now 24th December royal mail have been expecting the package for 3 days its being sent on 48 hour tracked with royal mail now it should well have arrived before xmas busy or not something the size of my hand and the weight of a household mug shouldnt take basically a week and a half to arrive furthermore how can i be given a tracking number for royal mail for a parcel royal mail dont even have the long and short of it is avoid tiny dreams at all costs there service is shocking
