Absolute SCAM! Do not use this company. Ordered a toy for a Christmas present in November. Still not arrived. Website makes you think the company is in Austria when it’s in China. My parcel is allegedly in Transit but when you track it different parcel references are given on different days?? Not expecting to receive it looking at the other reviews. Absolutely criminal that they can be allowed to do this.
I would not give any stars only I cannot write a review without adding a star.If anyone is thinking of ordering from this company ( TINYDREAMS.UK) I WOULD STAY WELL AWAY .# 1 ITS A WEBSITE THAT LOOKS VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT IT IS NOT , #2 THEY MAKE US THINK ITS IN THE UK, IT IS NOT.I ORDERED A DINOSAUR PLAY TRUCK WITH 8 CARS , £27-90P, THEY GOT MY ADRESS WRONG ON THE TRACKING INFORMATION THERE IS NO NAME FOR THE COURIER I HAVE EMAILED TINY DREAMS SEVERAL TIMES IF YOU GET AN ANSWER BACK IT DOES NOT SOLV.E YOUR PROBLEM , I FOUND OUT IF YOU RETURN ANYTHING THE ADRESS IS IN AUSTRIA, & I FULLY BELIEVE THEY ARE TRADING FROM CHINA. SEVERAL TIMES IVE ASKED FOR A REFUND WHEN I FINALLY GET AN ANSWER BACK THEY JUST SAY ITS ALL UPDATED WITH YOUR ADRESS AND IN ITS WAY AND WHEN I CHECK THE TRACKING ITS JUST THE SAME WRONG ADRESS AND NO COURIER NAME . I AM THINKING ITS A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER. JUST A WARNING TO EVERYONE THINKING IF MAKING A PURCHASE DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT TOU SEE ON THE WEBSITE ABOUT THEIR POLICES ON CUSTOMER CARE ITS JUST NOT TRUE. I HOPE THIS WARNING ABOUT THIS FAKE WEBSITE WILL HELP SOMEONE TO STAY CLEAR ...ALL THAT SAID I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A GOOD CHRISTMAS AND DINT LET THESE SCAMMERS GET YOU DOWN AND BEFIRE I GO I PURCHASED THE SAME ITEM I WANTED FROM TINY DREAMS HERE IN THE UK AT HALF THE PRICE ...PS I HAVE NOT HAD A REFUND AND I DONT THINK I WILL EVER GET MY MONEY BACK BUT TRADING STANDARDS WILL BE HEARING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE
I can only echo all the previous comments! I ordered an item as a Christmas present for my Grandson from what is portrayed as a U.K. based site over 3 weeks ago and have had no updates on delivery. It is manufactured in China and I have no idea if or when I will receive it. The customer service operation in the U.K. (if it even exists) does not even have the courtesy to respond to queries.Lesson learnt- never again!! I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole 😡
I am absolutely furious with the disgraceful experience I’ve had with Tiny Dream. I ordered a toy, and not only was the quality appallingly poor, but the box arrived damaged, and a part of the toy was missing! How does something like this even leave your warehouse? It’s beyond unacceptable.To make matters worse, when I contacted your so-called “customer service,” they offered a laughable 10% discount for the damaged box. I requested a full refund and a return label for this useless junk, and instead, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. Your service is as pathetic as the products you sell.Tiny Dream is a complete disaster of a company—selling low-quality trash and then refusing to take proper responsibility. This has been the most frustrating shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will never purchase from your company again, and I’ll be warning others to stay far away.
Ordered item in November to be delivered in plenty of time as a Christmas gift for my nephew. Tracking has not updated in weeks and the tracking for Royal Mail says they are 'expecting it'. Tried to get in touch with the company but they do not respond to emails - going to have to make a claim with my bank to get the money back.
Completely disgusted with this company. I ordered the car eating dinosaur truck on 29th November it arrived today and is nothing like the one they are advertising. Avoid this company, I have now tried e mailing for a refund and the e mail address is not recognised!!!
