Review Time
Order placed on 26th November and still not received package. Royal mail tracking number is just saying there is a problem. Emailed three times without a response. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I still hope to get my parcel before Christmas but can safely say I will never order from this site again. Definitely not based in the UK and therefore the company name is very misleading.
Still waiting for my delivery from 20th November. Wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. Customer services don’t respond to emails. Safe to say I will not be buying from this company again. Not sure they are actually a UK company either.
I too have been a victim of this company….purchased the elephant ball blowing toy on the 9th December and still nothing …have sent several emails to chase but no response what so ever and no tracking…just says the order is being processed, so after reading these reviews I feel I’m going to have to go purchase something else for it to arrive on time for Christmas…still hopeful it may arrive in the distant future (ha ha)…won’t be purchasing from this company again that’s for sure…
Can only give one star for the moment as we ordered on 9th of December and so far, nothing.We are worried we will not get it in time for our grandchildren’s Christmas. We would be really disappointed if that was the case and would want a refund even if it comes but late.We have emailed three times! No response😔Trying to remain positive but other comments are worrying indeed.
