This company is a scam. They are selling substandard toys using misleading adverts How they are allowed to trade is beyond me. Why does Instagram let them use its platform?Purchased two cars that are supposed to run up walls. They don’t. When I complained was told they need metal surface/walls! Apart from anything else even a fully grown adult couldn’t gain night power/traction to get them to move more than a foot or so. Eventually after threatening trading standard and reporting them to Instagram they offered a 50% refund. Although they gave a uk site address they’re actually based in Austria and don’t pay for returns. An absolute disgrace of a company. Don’t touch them with a barge pole!
My orders been in transit since 3rd December it’s now the 12th as I write this ordered for my daughters Christmas present but after reading the reviews looks like she won’t be getting it this side of Christmas. Very misleading as I assumed tiny-dreams.UK were UK based.
I ordered a toy from this company on 03/12/24 with a shipping date of 6_12 days. Plenty of time to receive for Christmas. I have been chasing this order for about 1 week. I have received an email overnight to say they are really bust and have now changed the shipping date by 2 days so it won't be received in time for Christmas. I also thought the company was based in the UK. I don't usually write a poor review but very disappointed in this company
Inexisting customer support: I ordered a gift on the 2nd of Dec, and it has still not been dispatched; cs is not replying; it looks like I lost money, but I can still do a chargeback via the bank. Shopify chargebacks are really expensive, so given the price of the gift is below 10£, owners will get what they deserve.ho ho ho, merry christmas.
Marble tower was bought for my 1 year, it wasn’t anything like the adverts and was unsuitable. When I emailed the company for a refund, I was told I would need to return it, to AUSTRIA at my own cost!! Was given a 30% refund instead and took it to the charity shop. Please don’t bother with this company, they’re churning out cheap rubbish which ends up in landfill in no time at all. Shouldn’t be allowed to operate.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!I ordered a Dinosaur Car Transporter for my Grandson for Christmas and it arrived after 3 weeks yesterday....... damaged. It was just placed loose in a cardboard box, rattling around with no packing, so no wonder it was damaged. After complaining 4 times to Tiny Dreams, I just keep being told my parcel has been delivered. Your order will come from abroad, even though the company claims to be in the UK. Scammers. Avoid at all costs!!!
