Ordered peek a boo Teddy took forever to come after lots of E mail, there Webb site says English company, erm items made and come from China, they are not up to UK safety standards, my Teddy bear was in no box just plastic bag, what a load of tat, we tested it after a hour stopped working and bits of plastic came out, avoid this company items do not look like anything on there Webb site just a load of cheap tat and not safe to give to a baby or toddler I very annoyed waste of money.
I ordered two items which took quite a while to come, when I received them one of the boxes was crushed, I asked for another one to be sent and they refused, I was offered 10%of the value £1.29 insult. They just said if the item inside in not affected there is nothing they can do about the box well I replied pack the item better as they could have been purchased for a gift, I will definitely not be shopping with them again. 🤬🤬🤬
Ordered a montessori magnetic board from this company 22nd November and still not received it..they are claiming it was with evri for delivery on the 27th November...I had not read the reviews on trust pilot only their own website which surprise surprise were all 5 star. I'm now so disheartened...I wrote a review on their own website and immediately it was taken off
I have ordered the moving caterpillar on the 5th December still hasn't arrived 23 days later they say they sent it on the 16th which I found weird (why would it take 11 days to send a toy )it's now 28th still no sign I get parcels from China quicker something dodgy bout this I keep asking for the carrier and tracking no. But they ignore that question everytime .
Not a UK company... False advertising and copycat product received. Offered me a return and refund knowing full well it would cost me a fortune to do so.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY.I WAS ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES TO GET A FULL REFUND. I paid through PayPal thank god and my case against them was awarded in my favour
I wish I could give NO STARS!! Really disappointed - still waiting for my order. They won't respond to emails. I am in the process of asking my credit card company for a refund using the chargeback process. I just thank god I paid via credit card. DO NOT GO HERE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I am so annoyed with myself for not looking into this so called company better. They should rename the company Ruin Tiny Dreams China/Austria. will do battle with them for a refund. Paid with credit card so I hope my bank can do this for me. When I first ordered the information said 7-12 days this was the 4th December plenty of time for the toys to arrive before Christmas but this has not been the case.
Ordered a toy for my child on 4 December and it still has arrived. So he won’t get this present for Christmas Day. Looks like a UK site but isn’t, really regret ordering from here. Update: finally the item arrived on 31 December. Not impressed.
