Do not use this company. Thought to be UK based, then Austria. Now find out it’s in China. Follow T&C and cancelled immediately after ordering, but still waiting for refund. Customer service say refund is being felt with but that was 12 days ago!
Not UK based, order to shipping took over 2 weeks and then waiting another 12days for delivery. For the heafty price looks very cheap and comes in all Chinese packaging. Respond slowly to customer service requests. Option to cancel or return for a refund not possible without being out of pocket (returns to Austria…). Would not recommend!!
Still not received my order. Should have read the reviews!! This was for our grandsons first Christmas, as he loves bath toys ! Extremely disappointed and will try to recharge through my credit card. PLEASE DON’T USE . No replies to emails and tracking says still at warehouse, despite an email 10 days ago stating it was with the courier.
I only gave 1 star to move forward appalling company and no support service except a string of e mails saying they did not receive video of cars that do not work!!! I purchased two sets of 6 cars that claim to flip over they do not in fact with a push move maybe a metre! The support email does not receive requested videos to prove failure of toys advertised on your website! Disgusted!
I placed my order on 6th December and am still waiting. I have read the other reviews that orders seem to take 15 days to deliver, I am hoping that includes weekends, otherwise it won't arrive in time for Christmas......if at all! I have emailed their customer support twice and not received a response. I am not very impressed, and wondering if I have lost my money!
This is not a UK company. The items took forever to arrive, only to be damaged. They have stopped responding to me, not offered a refund. Shocking customer service. Do not order. The items are cheap bits of plastic in damaged packaging that looks like it has been opened.
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered Xmas present 6 December. It’s now 28th and still hasn’t arrived. They are NOT a UK company. I don’t trust their tracking which tells me that apparently the item landed at Gatwick then went on an internal flight to Heathrow which took 19 hours and THEN the next tracking entry says picked up abroad. Who knows where the item is. I’m betting it has never even been sent.
