stated that delivery would be up to 15 days and it came on the 15th day after ordering, so can't com[plain there. Thought I had a problem with my payment when I ordered so emailed them and got a quick respones confirming the order had gone through and had been shipped. Can't give more than 3 stars because I do not know the quality of the product and will only find that out after xmas day.
Scam company. Parcel eventually arrived but one of the boxed items was so battered that I can't give it as a present. The magnatiles marble run is tiny compared to what the pictures make it look like .. the tiniest marble run ever but the cost of sending it back to Austria .. which isn't even where the company is based .. isn't worth it. Left out of pocket, disappointed and wishing I'd looked into reviews sooner. Videos on the website don't represent the products you get .. be wary.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Order placed on 13/12/2024 is still in processing. When I requested to cancel my order, they said they would have to check if this was still possible. This was on 16/01/2025. I still haven't heard back from them.

Do not buy from this scam company, they are a Chinese company, goods take 3 weeks to arrive in a completely damaged box which cannot be gifted Even though online they offer 100% refund, but when I sent the damaged box pictures asking for refund they are refusing, saying damage happens during delivery and they cannot help with this. I wish I read all the bad reviews before purchasing. Please report them to UK trading standards to be shut down.
PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I ordered my first baby grandchild an interaction teddy bear. I ordered 12th december 24. The item arrived one month later too late for Christmas I was gutted!!!It arrived very poorly packaged with no instructions or anything inside! The item also came from China and had a Chinese address on the envelope so they may have registered the site here but that’s as far as it goes! The bear looked cheap but I was prepared to let that go. However the bear did not work at all!! One their website it says if there was a problem you had 2 days to contact them. I contacted them immediately. I waited and waited but no response!!! I contacted PayPal they said they offered me£10 discount out with postage it came to over £20. That was it PayPal closed the case so I wasn’t just out of pocket but my Grandchild lost out on their gift from me. To this day they have not contacted me . THEY ARE SCAMMERS PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!!
