Absolute scam took my money on the 1st of December still no delivery 27 days later. Customer service responded 2 weeks ago saying it would be delivered in the next few days but refused to give tracking now I’ve requested a refund they are conveniently not responding. I have reported all their social media pages hopefully they will be taken down and less people will get taken in by them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I ordered the saxophone playing caterpillar for my grandson on the 30th November and we are now on the 19th December and still showing as in transit, I've emailed the company with no response as yet so it's safe to say he won't be getting this item a very big let down will NOT be using this company again, I thought this was a British company also, I just wish I read the reviews before ordering
I ordered the magnetic cars on the 29th November. Like most people I assumed the company was UK based. I began to worry when I found out the length of time between ordering and delivery. Checked the reviews and worried some more. I emailed customer support twice and had replies both times. Cars arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe. I have read some bad reviews, but I can honestly say I can’t fault this company.
Ordered the dancing Caterpillar in Blue for a Boy and they sent the Pink one and altho it states that it is UK based it is NOT. Sent them an email and received back that they only have Pink. No offer of a refund or a return. False advertisement under the UK laws by misleading the public. Reporting to Trading Standards and the Internet Advertising Board.
