Placed an order for Christmas presents and waited over a month for delivery but it never came. After several emails with Tiny Dreams claiming order on the way eventually received from customer service that order was returned to seller and beyond their control and not willing to give refund- only offered 20%off next purchase???!!! As if I would ever buy from them again!!! Do Not Be scammed, I am furious .Update : 30 November 2024Received a full refund from the seller…it hasn’t made me want to buy from them.
Bought talking cactus from this website. Arrives in just a bag no box...no charger to charge it either. My daughter used it for about 30mins and it died. So I ordered a charger for it and charged it. But it's never worked again. I've emailed the company for a refund but clearly after reading these reviews its very unlikely I'll receive one 😂 luckily the item was reduced and I only paid £15.90 for it. But just a warning to others, don't bother to waste your money. Order from a reputable shop instead and one that's actually in the UK!Noticed how every single good review on here has only ever done 1 review and it's for this company, screams fake reviews!I did receive a refund for the faulty item which was the only good to come from this.
Fake reviews alertI almost bought something from this company and Im seeing a pattern, genuine bad reviews from people who’ve found this “UK” company is anything but, it’s a Chinese drop ship scan. The good reviews are not passing the sniff test. Glad I checked here before spending money I can’t afford to waste.
Appalling company. Don’t buy from them. They are supplying products worth around £2 and selling for £20. Photographs are not representative of the actual product. I have reported this company. They have misleading advertising implying they are UK based - they aren’t. As soon as I ordered I realised this and emailed to cancel immediately. (within 5 minutes) They responded to acknowledge the cancellation. Since then, they have ignored all my emails and not refunded me. And today the shoddiest product arrived with Chinese writing all over it (no English! ) in a completely bashed up box. I will not let this go. They are terrible.
Item was not like the one they shown on the website. It was a cheaper looking version and definitely not acceptable enough to give as a present. And despite being called tiny dreams uk, it doesn't come from the UK but from elsewhere. So I'm stuck now with a item that is not as described but not worth sending back. Don't waste your money ordering from them
