Review Time
I’ve been waiting over three weeks for my order to arrive. I have contacted customer service but my emails are coming back undeliverable. I am hoping I can recover my money back from the bank. Looks like a professional small business but after reading the reviews seems like it is China led. Very disappointed.
As so many others have, I fell for the 'looks like a UK company' line. It is not. Delivery took ages, the packaging was appalling - three boxes rattling around in a flimy plastic wrap that arrived torn. The boxes containing the items were bent out of shape so if you are buying as gifts, they look like they've been run over. One is so bad that I am going to have to re-box in plain packaging because I just can't gift it to the person intended. Don't waste your time or cash.
Scam company presents it self as UK based with UK email but just Chinese scam based in Austria 10 days since order placed and despite asking several time for info and courier detail they refuse just pathetic excuses and no sign of my item if ever do just beware and you can get if half there price on ebay
Awful. Waited 3+ weeks and no sign of delivery. Eventually took to trust pilot etc to find reviews and got really worried over whether my parcel would ever arrive, and if it did, what the quality would be.I requested my order be cancelled and also raised a dispute with my credit card. I have now been refunded via my credit card
Edit - they arrived before Christmas and the goods work fine so I have gone to 3 stars! Ordered 2 items on 28th Nov - no comms since 1st email - wish I had come here 1st! Off to get my money back from the card and order something else for granddaughter
SCAM Company!!! This company knowingly sell damaged goods using a cleverly disguised ‘UK’ website. All returns have to be sent back to Austria at the buyers own expense. So this scam relies on customers ‘writing-off’ the loss because the cost of returns versus shipping costs wouldn’t make financial sense. Even if you did decide to return the item at your own expense, other reviews suggest that you won’t get a refund anyway. Left a negative review on their website and it was immediately removed. We have contacted trading standards.
