Never buy anything from this company. Quality is shit. I ordered a baby lounger and it's like a toy too small. I wanted to return it but they gave austria address. Sending it to australia from uk costs alot. Rubbish company they have uk website but sell from other countries. Very disappointed never shop with them again
I ordered item beginning of November still not received my aunt ordered it who's 83 and has only her pension but wanted me to order it for her young grandson she can't understand why she hasn't got it disgusting people I no reply after loads of emails sent to them !!
What a load of rubbish. The items were very poor quality. Bought as a gift for me grandchild, I could not give them to them for fear of bits snapping off. Don't use it's just poor quality rubbish that you will receive. Bought the cactus and it was the biggest load of tat ever. Lesson learned to check where your purchasing from.
Ordered the domino train and then immediately tried to cancel the order, emailed them to get an update on my refund but not communicating with me now, taken the money but not either cancelled or fulfilled my order, not a trustworthy company to deal with at all.
I bought a domino train. It is absolute rubbish. The "dominoes" are tiny and made of flimsy plastic. The quality is like something you'd find in budget box of crackers. Do not buy anything from this company.Tiny Dreams seems to be simply an address in the UK forwarding orders to a Chinese factory in China. I know there is next to no chance of getting a refund. Sending it back to China would cost too much.
Gutted! Thought I was buying from the UK from an Early Learning type website. Reviews looked good. UK address. But goods are poor, packaged in a bag, took an age to arrive because they’re from China!!! Deceitful advertising yet again. Fuming !
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered a couple of items for my grandsons and happened to go to my bank the next day. They advised that it had flagged that i had ordered something from a scam company and that I wouldn't receive it. They had to stop my card as a precautionary measure as well.
