Review Time
Not even 1 star. Dreadful company. Shoddy goods sent weeks late. Impossible to cancel despite telling them that it was too late. Returns are not to the UK but to Austria. Everything is misleading. I would never use again and wish I’d checked Trust pilot before ordering.
The Domino Train came from a scam site in China, disguised as a UK one. It took a month to arrive, with fake delivery updates throughout. The parcel arrived smashed up and soaking wet. The contents were laughably awful, cheap bits of plastic that went straight in the bin. If I could award it no stars, I would. Please save your money, this is a scam operation with scam good reviews.
If I could give zero stars then I would. But the lowest I can give is one. This company does not even deserve 1star. And that’s assuming the quality of the toy is decent if / when it eventually arrives. The toy has been ordered since 1st December as a Christmas present. It’s now 20th December & still in transit & not even in UK. I believed this was a UK based family run company & I wanted to support what I thought was a small UK based business. Customer services are just ignoring me. They don’t care & don’t want know. I will be requesting a refund unless by some miracle it arrives in time for Christmas.Even if it arrives now I am not expecting anything of decent quality after reading the reviews. This toy is available on Amazon for delivery tomorrow. But as I said I wanted to support what I thought was a small family run UK business instead of the likes of massive companies like Amazon. I really wish I had read the reviews first. But in my haste to do all my Christmas shopping I didn’t unfortunately. Please DO NOT buy from this company.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering two items for my grandsons for Christmas. My husband saw the domino train and actually, although that took a month to get to me, is OK. It works well.But at the same time I ordered a Montessori magnet elephant which I do not think meets European standards. The packaging is totally in Chinese/Korean and has no CE symbols. I have tried to email three times now and I get a bounceback saying that there is an issue with the email inbox! So reading the other reviews, its not worth me asking for a refund, as the item was £10 and if it costs me to send back to Austria I will throw it in the bin, as I would not like the responsibility of giving it to a charity shop when I think it is dangerous.
I received a peek-a-boo elephant but I thought it came from Austria in fact it is from China. I sent an email to ask if the toy meets the EU requirements but got no answer. Not sure if it’s safe to give it to my 6 month old great granddaughter.
I ordered a Christmas present for my grandson on 1st December and have still not received it. Tracking information said it was ready to ship on 3rd December and has not updated since. I have sent several emails to customer service and eventually received back one unhelpful reply. Will be pursuing a refund through PayPal. Dont use this company under any circumstances.
Ordered a Christmas present for my daughter on their website a month ago and still haven’t received it despite sending them several emails I haven’t had any update. Judging the other bad reviews i won’t be ordering from here again.
