As an avid paddler I use the medicine ball for oblique twists. It helps strengthen the core while using the rotational movement specific to canoeing and kayaking. I moved from a 4 pounder to a double handled 10 pounder this spring. I use it every other day as part of my workout.

Titan had a very easy to navigate website. The products are well made, competitively priced, and free shipping shows they are thinking of their customers. The customer service was quick to respond and I felt like the person had a genuine interest in helping me. I appreciated the status update emails as well. They let me know my message was received and they were working on it. I bought a complete gym set and it would have been nice to receive something like a Titan gym bag as a, “ Welcome to the Titan family.” That would have been considerate and I would have posted that on my social media.
