Accidentally ordered the wrong size…

Accidentally ordered the wrong size part, sent an email to cancel and called their Indian call center who promised to stop the order Got an email that it was closed then the next morning I got a FedEx tracking numberThey are trying to charge me $30 restocking plus making me send back at my expense, I've ordered from them in the past but will absolutely never do so again and have let everyone I know how they operate

Terrible Product and worse customer service

I purchased the TITAN Series Safety Squat Bar in July of 2022. These are the handles now. One points up and one points down. When I contacted them for a warranty claim, I was told I waited too long to contact them, despite the claim that they have a one-year warranty. Their solution was for me to "take the handles re-thread to a machine shop to fix the issue". Garbage product and terrible customer service. Avoid Titan at all costs!

very pleased with my purchase. its a nice piece of equipment for a nice reasonable price. i am actually gonna order the same piece three more times. once more in the 6ft version then 2 of the taller version as well. plus other pieces down the road.

Titan Gear!

I have ordered quite a bit of “Titan” workout gear and have not been let down yet. I’m hard on all of my gear and have sought out the best quality products. For the last few years it has been Titan only and it will be Titan for me moving forward.

Do not order from here

Do not order from here. As you can see from the other 1 star ratings, customer service is bad. You should be able to return a product you don’t like within 30 days without paying a 20% fee AND shipping charges/ label. I don’t understand how that is fair.
