Review Time
This was my first time ordering from Titan, after they were recommended by my trainer whose gym equipment is almost entirely from Titan. My experience was outstanding, every step of the way. I was able to reach a live person in customer service when deciding on the time frame in which to place my order. They were so helpful and their advice was “right on the mark!” Once ordered, my equipment came within days. And, when one dumbbell didn’t arrive with the others, my inquiry to customer service (Joshua) was handled immediately.What a fantastic company!
Everyone that I've worked at with Titan Fitness was incredibly customer-friendly. They helped make a sales tax exemption for my nonprofit super easy to process. So many businesses I have worked with make that a hassle, but not Titan Fitness. I will continue to shop with Titan over and over because they understand what great customer service is. They exemplify it!
Ordered the Titan Seated Calf Raise machine on Wednesday (2/8/23) and received it on Monday (2/13/23)! Titan kept me posted from the moment the order was placed. The box was in perfect condition upon arrival from FedEx. Packaging had each steel piece individually wrapped and protected with bubble wrap. Good steel, 11 gauge. A very nice piece at an amazing price. If I had tried to make it myself, I couldn't buy the steel, have it welded, and paint it for much less. I did switch out the metric bolts and nuts for a slightly thicker 3/8-inch and 1/2-inch size which led to a pivot almost as good as a pillow bearing. Also switched out the roller knee pads for a larger pair I had. One thing you may notice is the positioning of the calf block. Most every other machine has it closer, almost underneath the knee pad area. Titan has theirs further forward a bit, which may actually isolate the movement for greater resistance. Would love to know what Vince Gironda would have to say about it if he were alive today. In a lot of the machines out there, the user often appears cramped in position, the bend in the knee angle being more acute or 90 degrees. This machine approaches more of an obtuse angle. Two things I'd like to see in the future: 1) Made in America and 2) A thin piece of wood over the calf block for optimum protection of the foot. A cushioned shoe won't do it because it gets in the way of the flexion. That said, a nicely designed piece. And even my wife likes it!
I ordered and received items on three separate occasions each order arrived on time. Very impressed with the quality of each item and the ease of reading through the descriptions and specifications. Everything has exceeded my expectations. I may need a bigger gym. Thanks
The customer service is great! The products are top of the line with a low price. Best gym equipment company on the market. I had horrible experience with rogue, not shipping my item and not giving me a refund, had to contact my Credit Card company and the Better Business Bureau. Rogue is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Will only buy from Titan!
I bought a set of 100 lb dumbbells. One arrived boxed and wrapped. The other came with no packing or box. It was scuffed and damaged. One of the ends feels loose. Titan customer service has given me the runaround to get a replacement. This isn’t how to build a loyal fan base.
Titan's online chat assistance was quick and exceptionally detailed. The technical/sales assistant--Sunshine--effectively pulled up our order status line-by-line and helped us plan out our holidays in under 5 minutes. Oftentimes assistance drops off after the sale is made, but certainly wasn't the case here.
