Purchased a standing desk 4 years ago…

Purchased a standing desk 4 years ago that has unfortunately already failed. Titan fitness refuses to even sell the parts to repair the desk and has suggested that total failure is normal wear and tear and a new desk should be purchased. Meanwhile their competitor in this space offers 15 year warranties.
