I've ordered several things from titan fitness and very happy with each peice . On my last order which was just a couple of risers (step) they were missing peices for height adjustment. So I had to reach out to them and the interaction was smooth and issue taking care of unfortunately the items were out of stock but was issued a full refund. But on top of great value and solid products this experience let's me add great customer service as well. Happy customer here. Thanks

I recently bought a couple of 40lb cast iron kettlebells from Titan. I was referred to them by my personal trainer as a good location for affordable gym equipment. The price of the kettlebells was great and with free FedEx shipping, I had them in two days for my order. The handles of the kettlebells are perfect for grip, for either one or two handed exercises. I will be a repeat customer for sure!
I ordered a titan fan bike and it came within two days which was outstanding. Unfortunately I was missing one minor piece to mate the computer with the fan, so I emailed them and told them which part I was missing and they confirmed the part and currently have one on the way now. My representative that helped me was very quick to reply back and get everything situated very smoothly and I greatly appreciate your customer service thank u very much.
I have received three products from Titan Fitness through online ordering, for our home gym. The products were amazing (commercial gym quality...and I should know having run a gym for 6 years). The shipments were fast, the products were packaged well, and I have enjoyed using them at least a few times a week.
