Still waiting on a response from Josh so that I can place an order. I’m already frustrated that you changed your design on the X3 Flat Foot and now I have to deal with waiting when I could have just ordered already. The extension kit won’t fit my flat foot rack so I’m waiting to hear about the measurement of hole spacing on the X3 wall mount to be able to extend my rack.It’s also almost impossible to get thru to anyone in sales on your line. I’ve called 9 times today and each time after 15 mins it cuts off the call and says no one is available.
I bought the economy bumper plates from Titan Fitness and was impressed with the fast shipping, nice packaging, and quality of the plates. No oily residue or funky odor. Reasonable price, actually at the time the lowest price, considering how much weights have went up in price. Free shipping was a big plus also. I would definitely consider buying from Titan Fitness again.
I'm getting quality equipment with fast delivery. I've been working with Rogue Fitness for a couple years and deal with huge delays, large shipping prices, and snotty customer service. Titan has great equipment without the delay and offer many things I cannot get from Rogue. Quick shipping, fast delivery, and great customer service from Titan has been a great bonus for me. I love both, but price, shipping, and delivery sold me on Titan.

It has come to my attention that Titan Fitness has an affiliate program with Jason Blaha, a known RACIST and ANIMAL ABUSER. He was caught red handed in a stolen valor case lying about military service. All of this information is easily verifiable by simply searching "Jason Blaha" on YouTube. This information is so well known across the internet, the videos covering it will be some of the first that populate.
Item ordered initially was on backorder. I received part of my order. When I contacted customer service via email, they were very responsive. backordered item was delivered sooner than expected. item ordered (stackable plyo box set) is great quality and is exactly what we need.
Purchased an item. A few days later item went on sale. I contacted customer service and asked if they would honor the sales price even though I had already purchased the item. Without any delay or back and forth the customer service rep (Richard) issued me a refund of the price difference. Because of this they have earned my business and I absolutely will be a repeat customer in the future.
