Hello everyone,My name is Jim and I just made 4 purchases of Titan equipment. I am a fitness trainer and just opened up my small business out of my garage. I am putting the final touches on what I want as my equipment. I have been looking for a hack and leg press machine. I am not the kind of person who likes to buy things on line without having the ability to touch, tryout and visually see what I am buying but I did my research on this piece of equipment and I must say that I am very pleasantly surprised at the quality and craftmanship. Yes, every piece of gym equipment is going to have something that you want improved but for this piece of equipment, I must say a great machine for the price and works fantastic in my small gym.Delivery was great. I had had two previous issues with the carrier on my other purchases with boxes coming destroyed and taped back together for delivery. I notified Titan of this as well as the carrier. This box was made out of wood and there was no way that they were going to destroy it. Nice job to the packaging department of Titan, All boxes should be like this.Product was missing installation instructions but I called the company and they were jolly on the spot to get me the correct booklet. Assembly was about 3 hours.So far, great service by this company and quality has been outstanding. Keep it up.
I sent an email look for a part for a leg press/hack squat machine. Within a day I received an email with the part number, amount and phone number to call to order it. When I called and gave the representative my name he new what I wanted and took care of everything I needed within 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied.
Great bar, I highly recommend it. I have super tight shoulders and was struggling using my barbell for squats. I'm able to squat again. The bar sits confortably on my shoulders and feels secure. Great quality and I caught it on sale for $229. Very happy with it.
It’s disappointing one of your products starts to come unstitched in less than a year and a half with mild use and you don’t stand behind the product to repair or replace it. This was your response, “ Thank you for reaching out to us. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will review your claim and update you accordingly.”
Titan took care of me, I had a trap-hex bar that was damaged by FedEx in shipping, and Titan sent me a new bar. I had nothing but good experiences with Titan, and the X3 rack I have is fantastic for the money. I’ll keep buying Titan stuff as long as they keep up the great customer service!
