We’re big fans of these shoes, and I’m always recommending them to friends. They’re comfortable, durable, and the monthly discount emails are a huge bonus. I usually wait for the 25th to grab a code and stock up, since my kids outgrow sizes so quickly.
I ordered the wrong size, instead of making me deal with mail and exchange they charged me a very reasonable 6$ shipping fee to send me the proper size. I was able to pass the unused pair on and the correct size arrived and was a perfect fit. Customer service in dealing with the return process was prompt and polite.
These little shoes are just perfect! I bought two pairs and absolutely love them. The colors are so vibrant and adorable, and the soles are super soft yet supportive. They’re very easy to put on, which makes getting ready so much quicker. Every time my baby wears them out, we get so many compliments. Definitely a must-have!
I am unfortunately having the same experience as others have written. Ordered shoes, haven't received a confirmation email or any corrospondance after sending 3 emails. Next time, I will make sure to research first. Lesson unfortunately learned.
TERRIBLE!! Customers BEWARE. Completely deceitful company simply rebranding temu spec shoes. Had to chase my order then requested a refund after weeks of waiting. Then they ignored my request and dispatched the shoes. When they finally arrived two pairs didn’t even have the Chinese in house branding removed AND one pair had some weird squeaking mechanism in them. Complete waste of money. Straight in the bin.
I placed my order before reading any reviews and got a little nervous afterward. But honestly, I’m so glad I went through with it. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes for my kids (ages 2 to 6) and received them within 2 weeks. Everything arrived in perfect shape. The quality is much better than I expected for this price point. The shoes feel soft and sturdy, and the fit was spot on. I had a question about sizing and got a response within minutes. So helpful. Overall, I had a very smooth experience.
Huge fail on my side, letting my impules go and giving in to the aggressive instagram ads. Received the package on time, no missing items, but was very disappointed to learn that it is just poor rebranding. Even the tags on the product don’t say ToeTots, but some cheap Chinese (“Korean”) brand. No returns of course. You can probably find the same poor quality shoes on Temu for quarter of the price… It was a rather expensive lesson for me, I hope others don’t make the same mistake.
I've ordered 2 sets of baby shoes on 12th Sept.2025. Till now I have not received any confirmation email and information pertaining to my purchased. Although I've made my payment. As stated they will sent customer confirmation via email.So I'm curious and getting worried whether this is a reliable sellers or not. Especially after reading some of the bad reviews.
