As mentioned in some reviews, the shoes are made in China and they just sell it as is but 200% more expensive. They don’t even bother to rebrand them. All the fanciful things they write on their website is a BIG LIE. Do not recommend at all.
I was quite concerned after reading reviews here (especially because I found it after placing the order), but my experience was positive. I ordered 3 different types of shoes and got 1 for free. The order was delivered in few weeks. Quality is absolutely fine for this price. Models look exactly like on the website.
Shoes are not authentic, from China and still with China brand printed on it, just repackaged and sent out with price marked up more than 5 times.Tried to get a return but was told to purchase a shipping card and they only offered an exchange.Will not buy anything from here again. Some shoes are China imported, not original design “environmentally friendly” nor “non toxic” as they claim.
I thought this company was a scam but it's not, my order arrived with what I asked for, just like the picture, the size was a bit bigger than what I asked for (I measured the feet first). I bought 3 shoes and they all have room for toes but they're not as flexible as I expected.

Please don't trust the other reviews, they are clearly fake.I still haven't received my order nearly 3 weeks later, I paid extra to have it shipped from the UK (which I where I live).But that isn't the only reason I believe they are fraudsters. I can't track my order and their unprofessional emails of excuses are extremely alarming.I am contacting my bank today and will also be finding out who I report this fake company to.Be safe.
Really disappointed. Sent the wrong size because of their mistake, but support ignored my email.No exchange, no other offers, nothing. The second pair of sneakers was smaller than the specified size. In short, a double disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend. Order #032051472410
Excellent Customer Service Experience!I recently had a fantastic experience with the customer service team of TOETOTS company. Unfortunately, my package was lost during transit by local carrier, but the TOETOTS handled the situation in an outstanding way.Upon contacting their customer support, they immediately apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send me a replacement package at no extra cost. Not only that, but they also offered to change the size or if I wanted a different model.This level of customer service is rare, and I truly appreciate how quickly and efficiently they resolved the issue. It’s reassuring to know that companies like this care about their customers and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.I’m very impressed and will definitely continue to order from them in the future.
I strongly advise against purchasing from Toetots. My experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. After placing an order for three pairs of toddler shoes, I emailed them within hours to cancel. They refused, citing a strict "no cancellations" policy. This rigid approach shows a complete lack of flexibility or concern for customer satisfaction.When the shoes arrived, I decided to do a reverse image search and researched the brand name that is printed on the shoes. To my shock, I found the exact same shoes on Aliexpress and Temu for a third of the price. This company is blatantly overcharging for generic products you can easily buy elsewhere for much less.To make matters worse, their "no returns" policy for overseas orders traps customers with overpriced, low-quality products. Adding insult to injury, they use a deceptive tactic of automatically posting positive reviews on your behalf unless you manually opt out during checkout. This underhanded practice explains their abundance of misleadingly positive reviews.I took the time to research this company, and I can confidently say they are not worth your money. Their shady policies and overpriced products make them one to avoid at all costs. Buyer beware!
