The customer service was impressive. They promptly sent new shoes after I informed them about the wrong sizes that were uncomfortable for my son. I am very disappointed. It looks like a fancy store, but the products seem and feel very cheap. They didn't even bother to change the nonsensical text on the shoes. It's clear that all the shoes are from different brands (I bought a few pairs), and they resemble what you can find on a budget website for a fraction of the price.
I bought Size 22 shoes and had them shipped internationally. Firstly, the shoes are beautiful. However, I found that the sneakers meant to be Size 22 were actually a full size smaller, closer to Size 21, while a pair of sandals labeled Size 21 were more like Size 22. I want other parents to know to size up. The delivery was very fast for international shipping, and the quality is excellent.
I recently purchased baby shoes from this shop and I’m pleased with my experience! The quality of the shoes is excellent —soft, comfortable, and supportive for little feet. The designs are adorable. I also appreciated the great customer service; the staff was patient cooperative and understanding. Delivery was a bit slower than expected, but everything arrived safely, the packaging was very cute .I will be coming back for more pairs as my baby grows. I recommend this shop to all parents! 👶
I don't even know where to start with this company! My order was confirmed but never sent until I managed to speak to their customer service which in itself is a real challenge. They do not answer emails, web forms from their website or Instagram messages. In a last attempt to reach them I tried messenger, that was my luck. They supposedly sent my parcel with priority shipping with a commercial gesture for the massive delay and the fact that one of the shoes I ordered was then out of stock. The parcel finally arrived but not as a priority, a regular shipping and one pair of shoes is missing (commercial gesture one). They are a disaster, their shoes might be cute but are not worth the pain of having to deal with them. Never ever again I will order anything from them!!!
