Horrible experience, and even worse customer service. It's been over two months and still we haven't received the order, and every time I ask them for updates, they just send me the order link which shows no activity for over six weeks.Do not recommend at all.
I bought my son a pair of shoes and everything was great with them except a shredded loose thread at the closure of the Velcro. I contacted the company via email and they took care of me. I am happy with my experience and will use this company and their shoes again.
Beautiful shoes, a bit hard to put them on my baby. Quality is excellent, very good shoes. Very happy with the purchase. Will be purchasing more I love this shoes my son too.They are very comfortable and fantastic to walk.Absolutely I recommend them.Very good shopping experience, I like the quality of the shoes.
I would give zero stars if I could. ToeTots says they ship within 1-3 business days, but I’ve waited three weeks and still have nothing. Furthermore, I’ve reached out FIVE TIMES through different avenues and the only reply I got was after threatening to report them. The reply didn’t answer a single one of my inquiries, nor did they cancel and refund my order as I requested. There is no phone number to call and cancel or look into a refund status. The Shop app shows the order is still being prepared, after almost a month. Look at he reviews from others and you’ll see this is common. ToeTots have effectively stolen from me and I will be reporting them to the FTC. Go with 2TinyFeet- at least they have a responsive customer service team.
I bought 2 pair of shoes, I wanted to return one pair because is too small for my son and asked how to proceed and didn't have any answer yet. In their website is written that you can return within 30 days. Also the shoes look wide but when you take the inside part is clearly not wide enough to be called respectful shoe.
No shipping information received. When I contacted them, I received a reply to say I will receive tracking info within 36 hours and I can upgrade to express shipping following a link (stupid me). No reply from customer service since I purchased express shipping. FRAUD COMPANY.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and when the shoes arrived, they didn’t fit my child. I was so worried it would be a hassle to fix, but when I reached out to their customer service team, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. They guided me in finding the right size for my child and even sent a replacement package promptly. I’m beyond impressed with their customer care and dedication to making things right. Highly recommend TOETOTS!
