Review Time
Never got my package. They said they send out a replacement package within 3 days! It’s been 11 days now and not only did they not send one out they are ignoring my attempts at reaching out. My son gonna out grow the shoes by time we ever hear from them I swear. Terrible business.
When I see the shoes I ordered for my baby, I was amazed at the quality of the shoes. I really Love them. It was worth the money and wait time. It's really a nice design and a good quality shoe for toddlers. I highly recommend them. The shoes I ordered are size 6T but it's a little bit small for my baby's feet. My baby is 16 months old, her feet are kinda big for her age. I contacted the company to exchange the product I purchased. They are very helpful and responsive. They processed it immediately. I exchanged the shoes for the bigger size 8T. I highly recommend their shoes. It's a good design and very good quality. Before you purchase you really have to measure the size of the feet of your baby before buying, don't based the size of your kids to their age, because there are some feet that are bigger like my daughter. And add extra space for them to grow. I recommend ordering 1.5 over their normal size.
First of all I want to say that Toetots provides excellent customer service. I've recently purchased 3 pair of shoes and received wrong sizes. I wrote them on Instagram and they replied right away and within less than 2 days they resolved the problem with no headache. Ive purchased shoes for my little one from them before and my baby loves every single one of them. Everyone always asks me where did I get the shoes from. In my country we don't have really good variety of beautiful and good shoes with very affordable prices like Toetots. Im glad I found this brand. I'll be buying from them more.
I ordered the wrong size sneakers for my toddler, but was able to coordinate the shipping of a new order with one of the team members. The ToeTots rep who helped me was super quick to respond and clear in communication. The sneakers are SO cute too--great, durable material. We love them!

It took about 2 weeks to receive the shoes and they look as described. However, these are clearly from Temu or another cheap website. The sandals I bought also have squeakers in them when my toddler walks. I would never have bought these if I'd known. I wouldn't buy from them again.
