Merlyn shower tray and shower door…

Merlyn shower tray and shower door purchased. There was a warehouse error and 1 item was sent incorrectly, but this was efficiently sorted out by Shoeb in the office. The office was easy to speak to and my query was efficiently resolved with the correct item being delivered and the return collected at the same time.

Iam sorry to say that the cylinder does not live upto expectation although the advert says that the Combi cylinder can be placed anywhere as it has a built in cold water supply it doesn’t tell you that your water pressure at the tap will be greatly reduced. After having my new cylinder fitted I ended up with no water from one tap and very little from the other two. When I made my complaint to tradeplumbing they just said well every customers needs are different so basically I have spent 300 pounds for something that is no good to me.
